An unusual pair of antique figures depicting market traders (possibly Capodimonte? Haven't been able to identify them exactly). The female is carrying a hen, and the male is carrying baskets. Dating from the late 19th Century. Lovely strong colouration and no damage. Expressive faces and never seen the like.
