Mainland UK delivery
Yes, we can deliver! However, we don't offer standard delivery for items that we cannot ship safely using a national parcel courier. This would include large and/or fragile items that fall outside of the national parcel courier service. This decision has been made due to multiple experiences of unreliable national couriers causing issues with and/or damage to deliveries.

We do have a small number of trusted, point-to-point couriers but their routes are limited. If you require delivery of any item identified as ‘Collection Only’ outside the free 10 mile radius of our TQ7 post code, then please contact us prior to buying and we will check availability and pricing with our preferred couriers. If one of our couriers can offer a favourable price, we ask that payments are made in cash directly to the courier on delivery.

When an item is available for national parcel courier delivery, prices for Mainland UK delivery are shown with each product. However, if you have any questions regarding delivery, please send us a message using the form on our Contact Us page.

Click and Collect
If you would like to collect from us, all you need to do is select Click and Collect as you check out. You will then be able to make arrangments to collect in person or send a courier to pick up from Kingsbridge in Devon.

Delivery of more than one item
If you wish to purchase more than one item for delivery, please Contact Us for a quote as we will be able to provide a combined price.

International delivery
For the same reasons as above, we are no longer offering international packing and shipping services for medium, large or fragile items.  If you are outside of the Mainland UK delivery area, our standard proposal is that you will need to arrange for collection of the item from us. However in some cases, using a piece of jewellery as an example, we may be able to offer an international delivery service, but this will be on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the form on our Contact Us page, stating the item(s) you are interested in and delivery address and we will get back to you with options and prices.
