If you have ‘changed your mind’ and you no longer want the product you ordered, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please note, the return postage is funded by the customer and should be adequately tracked and insured.
If for some reason the product isn’t as described on our website or is faulty, we will happily refund your full purchase amount and postage costs.
For any of the above, please notify us of your intent to return your product(s) via telephone or in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
If you feel that your purchase has been damaged in transit, please contact us by telephone on the day of delivery and please take photos of the product and packaging for insurance purposes.
