Jimi Hendrix Flying Eyeball Poster (2nd Print)

An original and rare, 2nd print run (BG-105-RP2) of the infamous Rick Griffin Flying Eyeball poster. These were created by Bill Graham for the concerts at Fillmore Auditorium and Winterland in San Francisco, CA from 1st to 4th Feb 1968.  Performers included Jimi Hendrix, John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers and Albert King. Jimi Hendrix and the Flying Eyeball image are indelibly linked with the psychedelic poster art of the late Rick Griffin.

The poster is in as near mint condition as we have seen and is mounted in a simple black frame to let its full and colourful glory shine through. It appears to have been framed at a London gallery some time in the past 25 years. Can be removed from the frame for shipping if required. Iconic.
