Original late Art Deco theatre seats recovered from a provincial theatre/cinema on the south coast of England approximately 30 years ago. It had been used as a community/bingo hall since the late 60s. The metal frames are painted deep red to match the upholstery, and the aisle ends are painted in a contrasting gold colour. As you would expect, there are a few very minor areas where the paint has been chipped, but the seats are generally in excellent condition for their age. The fabric has been given a good hoovering and in reality thats all it needed.
