Original Peg Perego Magica Bug. It's in good condition and would make a fab toy or display piece as is, or perfect restoration project. Most of the car is still intact but there are few things to note: missing one wing mirror, has a small crack in the base of one of the seats, original radio missing. Havent tried it with a battery but the entire motor is in place and we are advised it does work (repeat, not tested). Such a cute thing!
In 1949, Giuseppe Pérego decided to design a baby carriage for his son. His neighbors were impressed and requested their own custom creations. Eventually, the carriages became so popular that he started a company. After carriages, Peg Perego’s baby products have since expanded to include strollers, car seats, and high chairs. In 1960, the company looked into a slightly more mature market: children's ride-on toys, and so began the Peg Perego pedal-operated children’s riding vehicles.
