Antique elephant saddle coffee table made from oak and iron. This beautiful and heavy piece of furniture sets the tone in any room. Has a curved top surface, with iron ribs along the length forming the structure. Originally this would have had blankets laid across the top to provide a seating arrangement for the rider and his passengers. In excellent original condition, but would benefit from a small amount of work to firmly reattach one of the legs, although once in place it makes no difference at all to the stability.
