Pair of rare classic Formula 1 side pod panels from an ENSIGN liveried car. These panels have stickers that show that the car was raced in the Thoroughbred Grand Prix Car Championship racing series in 2003. Cosworth was the principal sponsor for the racing season in 2003 to coincide with their 45th Anniversary. The ENSIGN cars were raced in the Formula 1 Championship from 1973 to 1982, and these panels appear to be from the ENSIGN N179 car raced in 1979. The Thoroughbred Grand Prix Car Championship (now called FIA Masters Historic Formula 1 Championship) is for cars that originally raced in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, and started in 1995. In great original condition.
