Unique large vintage goose figure, dating from the 1950s/60s.  Made from a rubberised flexible foam, it has obvious signs of age and use, but it has such a great look. The craftsman who made this piece was very skilled to produce such a lifelike figure. The legs have metal tubes inside for stability, and the foam has been formed around these and sculpted. A great decorative piece - maybe even a centre-piece for the Sunday table.
