Extremely nice hand carved wooden carousel war horse. His armour is a feature found on the original Ben Hur themed carousels dating from the early 1900s. Dating from early to mid 20th Century, this one has lovely bright colours and beautiful details including the winged chest plate and axe. Has some age and shrinkage cracks, but would make a great display piece mounted on a base in a commercial or domestic setting.
