Vintage brass Banker's desk lamp with a weighted base formed to provide a small tray for paper clips.... Very unusual to find these lamps with a formed base. The lamp head support rotates at the base and the head also pivots to adjust the light.  Has a great patina as a result of the many years of fondling.  The lamp has been rewired and PAT tested.
