A true survivor! Original cast aluminium NOS Albion truck radiator top dating from the 1930s. Was discovered in a barn over 40 years ago, and has been hidden away in a private collection ever since. Albion Motors was established in Scotstoun, Glasgow in 1899. Commercial vehicle production commenced in 1909 and continued until 1980 (from 1951 under the Leyland banner). Albion's slogan was 'Sure as the Sunrise' - exceptional typeface and 'sun rays' so of their time.
