Complete with it's original ESLA 1513 mounting bracket, which was intended for wall or pole mounting.  All cast iron manufacture, this light was originally supplied in green, signs of which can be seen under the later dark blue overpaint.  These were gas fed when installed, but conversion to electric is a straightforward process for a professional electrician - this piece would need rewiring.
